Temptations

I was standing in front of durian counter in the super market this morning, drooling over the fresh & creamy seeds. Buy or not…? That’s the big question with a capital ‘Q’. I touched the package, sniffing its heavenly aroma…while I let my ‘devil’ & ‘angel’ debate furiously inside my head. I want to lose 3kgs (is it too ambitious..?), but the durian looks so yummy….so how…??? Should I buy it…? Just 1 package will do… Remember, durian is quite sinful, high in calories. But it’s so…nice & I’m craving for it..! Buy or not..??? An auntie next to me glanced at my direction curiously….maybe she thought I was doing my morning meditation ha ha ha.. I smiled sweetly to her and walked away from the sinful temptation, finishing my grocery shopping and went home.
I fed my “snail coin bank" with 3 shiny $1 coins for my reward to win my battle today. We have our battles to win everyday, sometimes the devil wins, sometimes the angel wins. Did u win ur battle today…? Reward urself with something nice, u deserve it…! To resist a temptation is not an easy task….! It’s really really hard…! U’d better trust me…! Ohh..how I miss my durian....
